We do not have any third parties involved in processing your order and will not give or sell your information to any other company or persons for ANY other purpose! Your information is seen only by the person who prints your order and the person who mails it to you.

If you find anything wrong with your purchase, we will do whatever we need to do to make you happy. If there is a mistake in the book and the mistake is our fault, we will replace the book at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will replace the book for a modest charge. If there is damage to the book and it occurred while it was in transit, we will replace the book upon its return to us including the original packaging.
